The Google Play Store often comes with a lot of issues and errors. One of the errors encountered by Android users is Error BM-GVHD-06. This error appears when trying to use a Google Play card and it occurs in several countries as well.

Method 1: Restart the Phone
You should try restarting your phone when you first encounter the error. Simply press and hold the power button and then tap the restart button.
Method 2: Resetting the Play Store
We can restore the Google Play Store back to it’s factory settings to fix this issue. The steps in this method varies based on your device and Android version.
- Open the Settings app on your phone and navigate to Apps. On Samsung phones go to Applications > Application manager. Search for the Google Play Store entry in the apps list and select it and tap Force Stop.
- Tap on Clear Data and then Clear Cache. On some phones, you may find this option under Storage.
- If available, tap Uninstall Updates to remove the new updates applied to the Google Play Store app. The Google Play Store will revert back to it’s original version now.
- Restart your device and launch the Play Store again and then try using your Google Play Card to confirm if the issue has been solved.
