Error DF-RU-02 occurs when you are unable to leave reviews on applications on the Google Play Store. Follow the steps in the rest of this guide to fix this error.
- Open Google Play and the go back to your Home Screen.

- Go to Settings > Apps or its equivalent option on your device.
- Scroll down the list in search for Google Play Store and select it when you find it.
- Tap Force Stop to stop the application from running.

- Tap Clear Cache to clear the apps cache.
- Tap Clear Data.

- Exit the Settings app and relaunch the Play Store App
On newer versions of Android, you can clear both cache and data under the Storage option in the app settings.
