The error code 941 while updating applications is very common for people with Android devices. The error seemingly first showed up when the Google marketplace was renamed to Google Play store. There are a few easy steps that can be followed to eradicate this error. Read on:
From your android phone, open the Settings
Now move over to the Application manager or Apps or Manage applications option and click on it.
Scroll down till you find Download manager. Click on it.
From the window, first click on the “Force stop”
Now click on the Clear Cache
Finally click on the Clear data
Go one step back to the list of applications. Scroll down or up till you find Play store.
Repeat steps from 4 to 6.
Try updating applications again. If you don’t face the error anymore then you are good to go. If the problem is still there, follow these additional steps:
Once again go to the Settings application and find Play store.
Click on the Uninstall Play updates
Try updating applications again and this time it should definitely work!
